Problems to be noticed when replacing the vibration system of ultrasonic harness welding equipment:

1. Carefully observe whether the connecting bolt line is complete to avoid damage to the bolt bud of the vibration system due to vibration. Replace if necessary to avoid too much loss.

2. The connection surface must be clean and free of dust and debris. Grease shall be added during installation to make ultrasonic transmission better.

3. After fastening the bolt on the welding joint, loosen it for half a circle to prevent the bolt from pressing the welding joint, and then screw the bolt onto the diode. To install the secondary pole and the transducer, the bolts must be fixed on the secondary pole before installing the transducer. The order cannot be reversed, please note!

After replacement, please do not install it on the machine immediately, connect the cable, and directly put the vibration system on the table to test whether the ultrasonic wave is abnormal. a) When there is strange noise, please reinstall the vibration system. b) Play ultrasound intermittently for 2 - 3 minutes, and the time for triggering ultrasound each time should not be too long. Please reinstall when checking the heating (the connection surface may be untidy).
