（1） National joint insurance
Implement nationwide joint insurance and national standard "three guarantees" service. In case of any fault within the scope of San Bao, the original warranty certificate and purchase invoice can be presented to authorized outlets for return and replacement services.
Three guarantee services are as follows:
Within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers can choose to return, exchange or repair the goods. Consumers can choose to exchange or repair the goods within 15 days from the date of sale. Consumers can choose to repair the goods within one year from the date of sale. The following conditions are not within the scope of San Bao:
The San Bao period has expired.
There is no valid San Bao certificate and invoice.
The contents of the invoice are inconsistent with the physical identification of the commodity or are altered.
Damage (man-made damage) caused by failure to use, maintain and maintain the product in accordance with the product instructions.
（2） Warranty description
If your accessories have quality problems, please call the service hotline, and the local maintenance station will provide on-site service within 24 hours (except for special circumstances).
Our company will provide free maintenance service in case of quality problems of your accessories during normal use.
In the following cases, you can choose the paid services provided by our company.
During each repair, the person in charge of the customer service center will check whether the product model and serial number on the invoice and warranty certificate are consistent with the physical goods. Please ask the dealer for a written certificate when you purchase to ensure that the dealer will honor your additional commitments.
（3） Exemption from warranty obligations
In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and avoid unnecessary losses, our company will not assume the obligation of free return and replacement of auxiliary materials caused by the following reasons. Please choose paid services.
The warranty period has expired.
In case of scratch, bump, deformation, depression, etc.
Dismantled or repaired by unauthorized service personnel.
Damage caused by unexpected factors or human behaviors and external forces (including operation errors, handling, bumping, input of inappropriate voltage, etc.).
Damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as earthquake, fire, flood, etc.).
For services beyond the scope of free warranty, we will charge a fee (charging standard=technical service fee, replacement part fee).
The Company reserves the right to interpret all the above provisions without prior notice.
（4） Special instructions:The warranty terms of some accessories are not within the scope of the above 123 service. Please refer to the actual warranty card of the product and consult the dealer when purchasing.
