Installation and commissioning:
The Supplier is responsible for the installation and commissioning of equipment; Buyer assists.
1. The Supplier shall complete all delivery of equipment, including:
(1) Equipment installation;
(2) Complete operation of technical functions of each component of the equipment group;
(3) Equipment instructions.
2. The Demander shall provide auxiliary tools and some unloading personnel to assist the Supplier.
Service and training:
1. The Supplier shall train the equipment operators, equipment maintenance personnel, equipment management personnel and relevant technicians of the Demander;
2. The training content of the supplier includes equipment structure, working principle, operation and maintenance, general troubleshooting methods of equipment, etc
Equipment acceptance:
1. The equipment shall be installed and debugged by the Demander.
2. The person in charge of equipment management and technicians of the user department shall accept and sign the acceptance according to the relevant provisions of the contract and the indicators specified in the technical agreement, and the procurement personnel can assist in the acceptance.
after-sale service
1. The equipment warranty period is 12 months from the date of confirmation and acceptance signature, and lifelong maintenance is provided.
2. In case of quality problems during the warranty period, the supplier must complete relevant maintenance within one week to make the equipment operate normally and bear all maintenance costs.
Equipment warranty period:
1. The Supplier shall guarantee the lifelong supply of equipment parts and provide them to the Demander at a preferential price of *;
2. After the equipment is delivered for use, whether it is within the warranty period or not, if the equipment fails, the supplier shall reply within 4 hours after receiving the phone call, and if necessary, go to the site for maintenance within 12 hours;
3. During the warranty period, the Supplier will make a telephone or on-site return visit to the Demander within 2 to 3 months. After the warranty period expires, the supplier shall return to the site at least once a year. If problems are found in the operation and maintenance process of the Demander, the Supplier shall timely propose improvement suggestions to the Demander.
